Aayushi Shrivastava

Aayushi Shrivastava is an experienced Human Resource professional with a diverse background in HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at HELM360 since October 2025, Aayushi has previously worked at Infosys BPM in various capacities, including Associate Lead - HR and Human Resource Business Partner from October 2021 to October 2025. Earlier experience includes roles at YAAP as a Human Resources Executive and Awign as an Expert Acquisition Specialist, along with a position as a Human Resources Assistant at Xoxoday. Aayushi's career commenced with a summer internship at Government Tapti Mill in 2017. Aayushi holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from Amity University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Textile from Government Jobs, complemented by a Higher Secondary degree from Stanford International Girls School.
