Quality, Ethical Legal Representation Throughout New Jersey At Helmer, Conley and Kasselman, PA, we pride ourselves on the quality of legal service that we provide to our clients. We live our values – energetically, compassionately and ethically assisting our clients to exercise their legal rights. The members of the firm are consumed by a passion for excellence. As of November, 2016, 4 HCK attorneys are certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as Criminal Trial Attorneys and 2 as Civil Trial Attorneys and one as a Municipal Trial Attorney. We have removed all references to awards on our website as we believe that this conservative interpretation is the best way to be compliant with updated ethics requirements. In an effort to serve our clients well, we maintain 12 locations throughout the state of NJ and NY, video conferencing between all offices, flexible hours and many multi-lingual firm members. Our attorneys also provide services to their peers through their faculty participation in a number of educational activities for other lawyers and law students and are available for community educational events upon request. HCK is growing and adding services on an ongoing basis to better meet the needs of our clients.
