Yolanda Garcia Balicki, Esq. is an experienced attorney specializing in immigration law as an Associate Attorney at Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A. since May 2017. Prior to this role, Yolanda served as a Senior Hearing Officer at the NJ State Parole Board for over three decades, from July 1982 to May 2015, where responsibilities included conducting administrative hearings related to parole consideration, revocation matters, and employee relations. Yolanda holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology and Spanish from Rutgers University.
