Troy Rector

Troy Rector is an experienced manufacturing and supply chain leader with a diverse background in various roles within esteemed companies. Currently serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Helmer since August 2012, Troy is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, supply chain management, continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring environmental, health, and safety compliance. Previous positions include Global Operations Manager and North America Truck Trailer Refrigeration & Transport AC Manufacturing General Manager at Carrier Transicold, as well as Operations Manager roles at United Technologies. Troy holds a Master of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and has completed multiple executive education programs at the University of Virginia.
