Ezekiel Falini, M.S., is a seasoned drilling engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Drilling Engineer Advisor at Helmerich & Payne since June 2022, Ezekiel specializes in evaluating and optimizing drilling performance through BHA design, torque and drag analysis, and hazard identification. Prior to this role, Ezekiel held several positions at Chesapeake Energy, including Completion Planning Engineer and Staff Completion Engineer, where responsibilities included managing sand mine P&L and overseeing completion operations. Additionally, experience at Baker Hughes encompassed roles such as Global Product Manager for Rotary Steerable Systems and Deep-Water Drilling Optimization Engineer, focusing on market research and optimizing operations in deep-water environments.
