Kelli Chestnutt Gebbia

Kelli Chestnutt Gebbia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and employee development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Talent at Helmerich & Payne since May 2021, Kelli has previously held key roles such as Manager of Global Talent Management at The Mosaic Company and various management positions at Williams, including Early Career Talent Acquisition and Development. Kelli's earlier experience includes serving as COO of Thames & Chestnutt Consultants and Executive Director of the Gubernatorial Fellows Program in the Executive Office of the Governor. Kelli began a career in project management at Volunteer Florida. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Higher Education from Florida State University.
