Tiia Raudvere

Tiia Raudvere is a skilled professional with extensive experience in legal and strategic partnership roles within the software development and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Strategic Partnership Lead at Helmes since June 2020, Tiia focuses on building relationships with potential partners to drive strategic acquisitions that align with the company's goals. Prior to this, Tiia held the position of Group Head of Legal at Helmes, where responsibilities included establishing and managing the internal legal function and ensuring compliance across all group companies. Tiia's experience at Swedbank from March 2014 to May 2020 as Legal Counsel in the investment services sub-unit involved negotiations and a deep understanding of financial market regulations. Tiia holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting, and a Master of Arts in Law, both earned with honors from TalTech and the University of Tartu, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from the University of Tartu.
