Iuliana Georgescu

Iuliana Georgescu is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Helmholtz Munich since February 2024, following a diverse role as a Computer Vision Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Bucharest from February 2018 to September 2023. Iuliana has gained additional experience as a Research Intern at Google in late 2022 and as a Computer Vision Researcher and Software Engineer at SecurifAI from July 2020 to July 2022, alongside a position as an Applied Scientist at Amazon from November 2020 to February 2021. Iuliana holds a PhD Candidate status in Computer Vision within the Computer Science department at the University of Bucharest, where a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and a Licentiate degree in Informatics were also obtained.
