Dr. Natalia Konchakova

Coordinator Of EU Project Digipass CSA at Helmholtz-Zentrum Hereon

Dr. Natalia Konchakova is a seasoned scientist currently serving as the Coordinator of the EU project VIPCOAT and as a Senior Scientist at Helmholtz-Zentrum Hereon since September 2016. Previously, Dr. Konchakova held the position of Senior Research Scientist at Hamburg University of Technology from April 2013 to September 2016, focusing on the modeling and simulation of metal-polymer nanocomposites and developing innovations in engineering education. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Scientist at the University of Kaiserslautern from April 2008 to March 2013, where work centered on modeling and computational analysis of functionally graded materials and simulation of welded lightweight structures. Dr. Konchakova earned a Doctorate in Physics and Mathematics from the Higher Attestation Commission in Moscow and a high school diploma in Mechanics and Applied Mathematics from Voronezh State University.
