Earlier experience includes a position as Technical Service Representative at Lorama Chemicals Inc. Mirceta's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto, a Project Management Certificate from the same institution, and a Diploma in Coatings Technology from the Toronto Society for Coatings Technology.
