Kathryn Shamleffer

Kathryn Shamleffer has a strong background in operations and management. Kathryn is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Helm Point Solutions, where their main focus is on strategic growth and leadership development. Kathryn works closely with Primes, Subs, and various teaming relationships in support of the Cyber Security Mission. Prior to this role, Kathryn served as the Director of Operations at Helm Point Solutions, where they were responsible for recruiting talented software engineers, developers, systems engineers, and systems administrators.

Before joining Helm Point Solutions, Kathryn worked as a Human Capital Manager at InfoTek Corporation. Kathryn'sresponsibilities included managing human resources and employee development.

Earlier in their career, Kathryn held multiple roles at CACI International Inc. Kathryn served as a Sr. Business Operations Director, managing profit and loss status and overseeing program reviews. Kathryn also provided strategic direction and guidance to the Growth Team and supported the division management team with compliance and corporate policies and procedures. Prior to this, they were an Operations Manager at CACI International Inc.

Kathryn's work experience also includes being the Marketing Manager at R.M. Vredenburg, where they managed staff activities related to proposals, lead generation, and sales administration. Kathryn also acted as a sales liaison to the Contracts Department and coordinated contractual obligations.

Kathryn brings extensive expertise in operations, leadership, strategic growth, and employee development to their roles. Kathryn is a highly effective communicator and has experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Kathryn Shamleffer completed their education at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in General Management, in May 2015.
