Flavio Martinez

Flavio Martinez has extensive experience in the hospitality and meeting management industry, currently serving as Associate Vice President at HelmsBriscoe since August 2001, where leadership includes managing a team of Meetings Specialists across six countries and specializing in group contract negotiations with hotels and convention venues globally. Prior to this role, Flavio was Director of Sales & Marketing at Carefree Resort & Villas from January 1998 to August 2001, successfully leading the opening team and exceeding sales goals. Flavio also held the position of Director of National Accounts at Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center and International Conference Resorts from 1983 to 1998, focusing on large corporate accounts in various industries. Flavio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University's W. A. Franke College of Business and is an alumnus of Colegio Vista Hermosa.
