Karen Andreassen

Karen Andreassen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and event planning industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Accounts at HelmsBriscoe since August 2008, Karen has held various roles within the company, including Director and Manager of Global Accounts. Karen specializes in assisting clients with site selection for meetings, events, and conferences, acting as a liaison between planners and venues to streamline the process. Prior to HelmsBriscoe, Karen held key positions at Hilton as Director of Sales & Marketing for Hilton/Doubletree, and at Starwood Hotels & Resorts as Director of Sales & Marketing. Karen's career began at HCI International and includes a tenure as GM/Director of Sales at RJ Corman Railroad - My Old KY Dinner Train. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Kentucky.
