Lori Tobon

Lori Tobon is a seasoned Corporate Recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently employed at Help at Home since March 2022. Previously, Lori served in talent acquisition at Reveal Global Intelligence from August 2021 to March 2022 and worked as a Professional Recruiter while self-employed from April 2021 to July 2021. Lori has over 13 years of expertise in sales recruitment as a Senior Sales Recruiter at Vitas, where responsibilities included developing and implementing recruitment processes for various sales positions across multiple states. Earlier in Lori's career, from May 2000 to June 2007, Lori worked as an Executive Recruiter and Recruiter Trainer at American Recruiters, successfully placing numerous executives in the Assisted Living, Long Term Care, and Hospice sectors. Lori holds a General Studies degree with a focus on Retail Management and Business from the University of Iowa, where studies were completed between 1989 and 1993.
