Kelly Bullock Daugherty

Kelly Bullock Daugherty, Ed.D., currently serves on the Board of Directors as Secretary for NAMI Greater Cleveland and is a board member for the Greater Cleveland Delta Foundation Life Development Center. In February 2023, Kelly founded and became the CEO of the TAG Foundation for Mental Health Education and Awareness and has been a member of the Board of Trustees for Help Foundation, Inc., serving as Secretary from 2021 to 2023 and Vice President from 2024 to 2026. Since January 2014, Kelly has operated Transitions Academic Coaching LLC, focusing on leadership and instructional coaching, as well as educational training. Prior experience includes working as a Professional Learning Consultant at Math Solutions and as an Educator/Teacher Leader and School Improvement Coach for Painesville City Local Schools from 2004 to 2019. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Teacher Leadership from Walden University, a Master's degree in Counseling & Human Services, and a Teaching Certification in Elementary Education from John Carroll University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Virginia State University.
