HELP - Haitian Education & Leadership Program
Enickson EUSTACHE is an experienced educator specializing in English language instruction. Currently serving as an English Language Instructor at HELP - Haitian Education & Leadership Program since October 2022, Enickson has previously held roles such as Principal Consultant at Institution mixte hope, where leadership and program management were key responsibilities from September 2017 to October 2022. Additional teaching experience includes positions as a Substitute Teacher at Université Quisqueya and School Director at GLA, Haiti, responsible for curriculum management and teacher training. Past roles also encompass translation and teaching positions with Compassion International and college foyer chretien, respectively. Enickson is currently pursuing a TEFL/TESOL certification to enhance skills in teaching English as a foreign language, building on a background in linguistic studies from Ecole Normale superieure.

HELP - Haitian Education & Leadership Program
HELP provides merit- and needs-based university scholarships for Haiti’s top high school graduates from severely disadvantaged backgrounds in order to grow Haiti’s professional class and build a more equitable society. HELP is at the forefront of the transition to the knowledge economy in the developing world. Because a nation’s educated class builds economic and social stability, the world’s poorest countries need large-scale increase in university enrollment to escape generations of poverty and actively participate in the new global economy. HELP is one of the only organizations building the new middle class in the developing world. HELP sponsors 150 university students in Haiti for the 2013-2014 academic year.
