Amin Bawar

Amin Bawar has a diverse range of work experience in program and project management. Amin most recently worked as a Program Manager/Deputy Country Director at Help - Hilfe Zur Selbsthilfe e. V., where they played a crucial role in managing programs and overseeing country operations. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Program Officer and CPiE Project Manager at the same organization. Additionally, Amin had experience as a Program Manager at Afghan Women’s Educational Center (AWEC) and CPM Program Manager at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency. Amin also worked at USAID, where they held the position of Project Manager. Amin's earlier roles include being the Dean of Engineering Faculty at Jami University, Operations Manager at Exelis (now part of Harris Corporation), Project Manager at AHDAA, and Project Manager at The Asia Foundation.

Amin Bawar pursued their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics and Management from the Economic Faculty at Herat University. Amin attended this university from 2007 to 2011. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the International University of Japan, which they completed between 2012 and 2013.
