Ben Moon has held a variety of roles in the past 20 years. From 2001 to 2008, they were an Actor/Production Assistant at Student Life, followed by an Imaging Director at Stationery Style Inc. from 2006 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Director of Operations at DREAMCAKES INC. During this time, they also held positions at Shift Admin, first as a Business Development from 2016 to 2021, and then as a Support Manager. In 2021, they worked as a Sales Professional at Ox Foundation Solutions, and currently holds the role of Customer Success Manager at Help Lightning.

Ben Moon attended Samford University from 2001 to 2006, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications and Theatre.
