Seki Mutukwa

Seki Mutukwa is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in asset management and equity research. Currently a Member of the Board of Trustees at Ashmore since December 2016, Seki oversees governance and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while contributing to fundraising initiatives. In addition, Seki serves as a Co-Opted Trustee on the Finance and Audit Committee for Help Musicians starting in February 2024. Previously, Seki held roles as a Senior Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Ashmore, specializing in financial analysis and modeling for emerging and frontier markets, and has conducted equity research across various sectors at Renaissance Capital and HSBC Global Asset Management. Seki's educational background includes a Master's degree in Investment Management from Cass Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Birmingham.
