Wendy Chen

Wendy Chen is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as Assistant Controller at Help Scout since October 2021. Prior to this role, Wendy held the position of Accounting Supervisor at Newfold Digital from September 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included supervising staff accountants, managing audit support, and collaborating on financial analyses. Wendy's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Audit Associate at tonneson + co, managing various audit engagements and training new associates, as well as internships focused on project development and human resources. Wendy holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lasell University, supplemented by international experience at Tsinghua University in China.
