Help the House Foundation is a nonprofit organization that holds a dedication to providing a safety net, fostering community care, and advocating for lasting change within the hospitality industry for every member of the front and back of house. By fostering a community of advocates and ambassadors, we’re creating a culture where care, stability, and resilience are not just encouraged but celebrated. Through financial assistance, proactive support, accessible resources, and culture, we’re building a community where well-being and advocacy are the norm—not the exception.
