Mandalay Monsanto has over 18 years of experience supervising, caring, entertaining, and feeding children with and without special needs. Mandalay is currently working as a Registered Behavioral Technician at Helping Hands Family - Autism Services, utilizing ABA methods to work with children with autism. Prior to this, Mandalay has experience as a Child Care Specialist, Server, and Customer Service Representative in various settings. Mandalay holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communication, & Criminal Justice from Ripon College.
