Carolyn Moses has extensive experience in child development and prevention programs, currently serving as Program Manager for Healthy Families Martin-Okeechobee since February 1996, where responsibilities include budget management, staff oversight, program evaluation, and community collaboration. Previous positions include Supervisor, where support and case management for Family Support Workers were provided, and Infant Resource Specialist, delivering home visitation education to families with infants. Earlier experience includes roles as Infant Development Instructor at Tri-County TEC, Volunteer Referral Counselor at United Way, Child Care Worker at The Friendly Home, and Prison Chaplain at Luther Luckett Correctional Complex. Carolyn holds a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University.
