Alaeddine Ghrab

Alaeddine Ghrab has a diverse work experience in the field of business intelligence. Alaeddine started their career at See-Tek in 2016 as an IT/Business Intelligence Intern. In 2017, they worked at Neuraum Ventures GmbH as a Business Intelligence/Sales Report Intern. Later that year, they joined Helpling as a Business Intelligence Engineer, where they took ownership of the BI stack for multiple business units and focused on improving data availability and scalability. In 2019, they transitioned to a role as a Business Intelligence Team Lead at Helpling, where they brought value to cross-functional teams and acted as the main point of contact for BI.

Alaeddine Ghrab completed their education in two institutions. From 2011 to 2014, they attended INSAT, studying Networks Management and Telecommunication. Following that, from 2014 to 2017, they pursued a degree in Computer Science Engineering, with a focus on ERP/Business Intelligence, at the Ecole Supérieure Privée d'Ingénierie et de Technologies - ESPRIT.
