Anna Denicoli

Anna Denicoli has a diverse work experience starting in 2004 as a Freelance Journalist for Giornale di Treviglio. Anna then worked as an Administrative Secretary and Library Assistant for Amici del Chiostro - Associazione culturale onlus from 2005 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Comune di Treviglio as an Administrative Employee. From 2012 to 2012, they worked as a Freelance Contributor for Artetivulab. Anna then moved on to Helpling, where they held various roles including Customer Care & Customer Retention Team Lead - Italy, Head of Operations - Italy, and currently, as the Head of Operations IT/IE/UK since 2022. Throughout their career, Anna has been involved in management, coordination, customer care, and communications roles.

Anna Denicoli completed their high school education from Liceo Classico "S. Weil" in 1999, specializing in Classical and Ancient Studies. Anna then attended Università degli Studi di Milano from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Philosophical Studies with a focus on Aesthetic Philosophy.
