Alice Arapshian is a senior project manager at HelpMeSee. Alice has previously worked as a business analyst and product developer / database manager.

Alice has extensive experience in developing and maintaining best implementation approaches within clinical data management systems for pharmaceutical companies participating in clinical trials. Alice has also received training on internal Standard Operating Procedures, workflow of CDMS lifecycle, industry requirements such as ICH/FDA regulations, and standard dictionaries including MedDRA and WHO-DRUG.

In their previous role as a product developer / database manager at Deutsche Bank, Alice was responsible for developing and managing databases for the bank’s clients. Alice also collaborated closely with the bank’s quality control team to ensure that data was accurate and reproducible.

Alice has a proven track record of being able to manage complex projects and deliver results within tight deadlines. Alice is an excellent communicator and is able to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Alice Arapshian has taken continuing education courses in ecommerce programming in Java at Columbia University in the City of New York and in web development and programming at New York University. Alice holds a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from Queens College and a certification in ITIL Foundation Level from HelpMeSee.

They are on a team with Aileen Chang - General Counsel, Hui Liu - Director, Business Development in China, and Jon Pollack - Chief of Training Operations. Alice Arapshian reports to Saro Jahani, President & CEO. and Yang Ji - Project Manager reports to Alice Arapshian.
