Sarah Tinsley

Sarah Tinsley has extensive experience in legal and regulatory roles, currently serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Culture Amp since 2019. Tinsley holds several advisory and non-executive positions, including Advisory Board Member at Tyalla Capital, Non Executive Director at HelpPay, and Advisory Committee Member for both Broad Radio and Kaleida. Tinsley contributes to the Tech Council of Australia as a Regulatory Committee Member and has a background in legal affairs with prior roles at Commercial Radio Australia and the Australian Radio Network. Tinsley earned a BA(hons)/LLB from Monash University, a brief education at Boston College Law School, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds a Certificate of Governance Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia.
