Ville Wikström

Ville Wikström has had a varied and successful career, starting in 2005 as the CEO of Tietopoli Oy. In 2007, they were a Trainee at Accenture, followed by a role as a Marketing Researcher at F-Secure Corporation in 2008. In 2009, they were a Master's Thesis Worker at ISS Palvelut Oy, as well as a Member of the Board and Project Lead/Co-Founder at Symbioosi Partners Ltd. In 2014, they became Sales Director at Fira Palvelut Oy, where they accumulated a cumulative deal base of 100M€ during 2014-2016. In 2016, they joined Fira Group Oy as Vice President and Strategy Director, with P&L responsibility for Fira Group's subsidiary Fira Modules. In 2020, they founded and became owner of W-Style Oy, and in 2021 they became the Chief Operating Officer of Helppy, a company reshaping home care services.

Ville Wikström obtained an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University between 2003 and 2010. Ville also studied Mandarin Chinese at Fudan University between 2007 and 2008. In 2004 and 2005, Ville completed a Lieutenant (in reserve) degree at the Finnish Defence Forces in Marine. In 2020, Ville obtained the Elements of AI certification from the University of Helsinki and in 2013, they obtained the International Coaching Certificate from We Create - Daniel Sá Nogueira.
