GT Freeman

Dr. GT Freeman has more than 20 years of experience in Fortune 100 corporations, small businesses, and nonprofits as both consultant and leader. He is the CEO of The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth, a social enterprise company providing education, coaching, counseling, and consulting services to individual clients, families, local education agencies, and institutions of higher education.

GT formerly served as the Program Director of Executive Education at NC State University and Lead Evaluator for two US Department of Education grants serving over 12,000 middle- and high-school students. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions in insurance, retail banking, and corporate finance.

GT earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Leadership. GT is also a Certified Professional Facilitator, Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt, and Board Certified Coach.
