Alexander Shuliak

Alexander Shuliak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and management roles. Currently serving as Partner Success Manager and previously as Customer Success Manager for the Medium market at Helpware since September 2020, Alexander has honed skills in client negotiations, support, and CRM systems. Prior to this, Alexander worked as an Account Manager at FINMAX Finance, handling client negotiations and consulting. Alexander's career also includes impactful leadership as Director of School at Big Step, where responsibilities encompassed team management, project implementation, and budget planning, as well as teaching English and coaching staff in educational methodologies. Alexander holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, attained between 2010 and 2015.
