Dylan Merrill

Dylan Merrill is currently the VP & Head of Legal & Compliance at Helpware. Dylan has also worked as a Research Project Administrator at the University of Kentucky, an Associate Attorney at Walters Meadows Richardson, a Legislative Assistant at the United States Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, and a Judicial Staff Attorney at the Office of Kentucky Circuit Judge Paul F. Isaacs.

Dylan Merrill went to Washington and Lee University for their undergraduate degree in politics. Dylan then attended the University of Kentucky College of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Dylan Merrill reports to Robert Nash, President & CEO. They are on a team with Renee Hammitt - CFO, Cassy Bayona - SVP of Business Transformation, and Alex Tereshchenko - Co-Founder & COO.
