Ines Templo

Ines Templo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process excellence and quality management. Currently serving as the Director for Process Excellence at Helpware since April 2022, Ines previously held significant roles at TELUS International Philippines, including Process Improvement Manager from August 2011 to December 2017, and a series of positions from Quality Manager to Quality Assurance Analyst from January 2004 to May 2011. Earlier in the career, Ines contributed as a Junior Research Assistant at Marine Environment and Resources Foundation, Inc. from 1999 to 2002. Ines holds an AB in Psychology from the University of the Philippines, earned between 1994 and 1998.
