Irina Rudenko

Irina Rudenko is a seasoned strategy and operations leader with over 15 years of experience in program management, business transformation, and M&A. Currently serving as an M&A Partner at Wiseboard and an M&A Program Director at Helpware, Irina focuses on developing acquisition strategies and leading integration processes. Earlier in their career, they successfully launched various educational and business projects, including Ukraine's first M&A Acceleration Program. Irina holds multiple degrees and certifications, including a Master’s in International and Commercial Law from The University of Buckingham and coaching credentials from international professional coaching organizations. Recognized in "Strong Women in IT 2025," Irina actively contributes to the advancement of the tech sector.
