Joei Potestad

Joei Potestad is a Sr. Director of Process Excellence with extensive experience in the outsourcing and offshoring industry. They have held various leadership roles at Helpware, including Senior Manager of Global Training and L&D and Director of Learning and Development. Previously, Joei worked at TELUS International Philippines, advancing from Learning Services Team Lead to Learning Services Manager. They hold a degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
