Joel Prudencio

Joel Prudencio has a strong background in operations and management, with experience spanning multiple industries. Joel started their career at TELUS International Philippines in 2003, where they served as a Senior Team Captain for six years. In 2010, Joel joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Unit Manager, a role they held for four years before transitioning to the position of Data Analyst. After leaving JPMorgan Chase & Co., Joel joined Helpware in 2018 as an Operations Manager. Joel quickly advanced to the role of Senior Operations Manager before ultimately becoming the Director of Operations in December 2023.
