Leida Menendez has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Leida began their career at IDT Telecom as the Site Leader of Operations from 2006 to 2007. Leida then worked at Axesa Servicios de Informacion as the Customer Service and Claims Manager from 2008 to 2009. In 2011, Leida joined Conduent as the Service Delivery Manager and Site Leader, where they managed daily operations, finances, and project management until 2021. Following this, they worked in Call Center Management and Operations from 2021 to 2022. Leida then joined Helpware as the Director of Operations in 2022 and continued in this role until 2023. Leida also briefly worked as a Consultant in 2023 before transitioning to freelance and remote work.
Leida Menendez obtained their Master's degree in Physiology, General from Jackson State University between 1984 and 1986.
