Mieka Fernandez

Mieka Fernandez is currently a Global Implementations Manager at Helpware, having held various roles in customer service and support prior to this position. They have experience as an Operations Team Lead and previously worked as a Customer Service Representative. Mieka also held several positions in marketing and communications, including Social Media Manager at Esensya Organika and Marketing/Communications/Social Media Officer at MAD Studio. Mieka completed an Undergraduate Bachelor of Arts in Filipinology and Linguistics at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
