Arve Paulsen

Arve Paulsen is an experienced project manager currently working at Helsedirektoratet since October 2018, where the focus is on improving access to healthcare services and supporting healthcare professionals. Prior to this, Arve served as Communications Director at Helse- og omsorgsdepartementet from June 2017 to July 2018 and owned Arve Paulsen Communication from November 2009 to June 2017, specializing in enhancing business communication strategies. Arve has held various senior communication roles, including SVP Group Communications at Lindorff Group and Communication Director at Telenor and Akademikernes Fellesorganisasjon. Arve began a career in journalism at NRK as a reporter and holds a Cand. polit degree in Political Science from the University of Oslo and a qualification from the National College of Journalism.
