Scott Johnson

Scott Johnson is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in both private practice and public service. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Helsell Fetterman LLP since 2019, Scott previously owned and operated Scott Johnson Law, PLLC from 2011 to 2019. Scott's legal career includes significant roles as a Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney at the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, where responsibilities involved advising on environmental law compliance and complex real property transactions. Additionally, Scott was a Staff Attorney for the Navajo Nation, focusing on housing and fiscal policy needs, and held various legal positions including Associate at Lee, Smart, Cook, Martin & Patterson and Assistant Attorney General in Washington State.
