Project and Product Management

The Project and Product Management team at HELSI is responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and delivery of HELSI's medical information system. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders—including patients, healthcare professionals, and medical institutions—to ensure that the system meets their needs and incorporates new functionalities. The team also manages the lifecycle of the product, from conceptualization and design to launch and ongoing improvements, ensuring it remains one of the most widely used and cutting-edge medical information systems in Ukraine.
