Kari Karvonen

Kari Karvonen serves as the CEO of Helsingin aikuisopisto since July 2012 and has been an independent consultant specializing in organizational analytics, diversity management, job counseling, leadership coaching, and step family counseling since May 2011. Prior to these roles, Kari Karvonen was the Director of Development at the National Centre for Professional Development in Education from August 2002 to March 2011, focusing on international operations, product development, and personnel coaching. Kari Karvonen holds a Master's degree in Psychology, Philosophy, and Ethics from the University of Helsinki, obtained from 1988 to 1994.
