Tuuli Shinyella

Tuuli Shinyella is a seasoned specialist in the field of social services and NGO consulting, currently serving in the role of Specialist for the Näkymättömät-avustusohjelman koordinaatiohanke at Diakonissalaitos since March 2024. Previous experience includes working as a Specialist for the Finnish Refugee Council, where expertise in training and consulting for multicultural and migrant-led associations was developed. Additionally, Tuuli contributed as a Researcher and evaluator at Kuntoutussäätiö, focusing on monitoring and evaluation for small NGOs, and held various roles at Helsingin Diakonissalaitos managing projects aimed at youth mentoring and undocumented migrants.
