Luca Pellegrini

Luca Pellegrini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and auditing. Currently, Luca serves as the Group IFRS Reporting & Consolidation Manager at Helsinn Group, where responsibilities include managing the transition from Swiss Code of Obligation to IFRS, overseeing the IFRS Consolidated Financial Statements process for a global multi-currency group, and reporting directly to the Director of Controlling and CFO. Prior to this role, Luca worked as a Senior Auditor at EY, overseeing audit engagements, managing IAS/IFRS implementations, supporting consolidation processes, and enhancing team efficiency. Luca holds a Master's degree from Università degli Studi di Genova.
