Cobi Lekawa

Cobi Lekawa, MBA has a strong background in healthcare management and project management. Cobi started their career at Kaiser Permanente, where they held various roles such as Recruitment Coordinator and Project Manager. Cobi then joined St. Joseph Health, where they served as a Project Manager and Manager of Performance Improvement/Population Health Management. Currently, Cobi is the Chief Operating Officer at Helton Law Group, APC.

Cobi Lekawa completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Brandman University in the year 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Broadcast Journalism from California State University, Fullerton between the years 2003 and 2008. In addition to their formal education, Cobi obtained a certification as a Kaiser Permanente Improvement Advisor in February 2015.
