Daniel Hamada has extensive work experience in various financial and administrative roles. Daniel is currently working as the CFO and Product Domain Expert at Helu.io, where they oversee the company's financial functions and collaborates with the product, tech, and customer teams to drive actionable developments and solve the pain points of other CFOs through scalable technology solutions.

Prior to this, Daniel worked at BRF for over a decade in different leadership positions. Daniel served as the CFO, Managing Director, and Board Member for the international division, where they were responsible for finance and administration across multiple regions. During their tenure, they led the global restructuring efforts, implemented standardized cross-border processes, and generated substantial cash. Daniel also served as the interim FP&A Director, leading the company's annual budget, investor relations reviews, and forecasting activities.

Daniel's experience at BRF also includes roles such as CFO and Managing Controller for Asia, where they oversaw the finance and administration fronts during the company's expansion in the region. Daniel also held the position of HR Manager for Asia, where they structured the first HR department, standardized payroll processes, and implemented engagement actions. Additionally, they served as the Head of Finance & Administration and Financial Controller for Asia, establishing local finance areas and streamlining corporate links.

Daniel's career began as a Management Trainee and Business Controller at BRF, where they gained valuable experience in the company's operations and set the foundation for their international career.

Prior to BRF, Daniel had internships at Ultra and Embratel, where they gained practical experience in the field.

Daniel Hamada, FCMA, CGMA, obtained their Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) degree from CIMA between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's degree in Industrial Management from UFSCar - Alumni from 2003 to 2008. Their education also includes an Associate's degree in Electronics Technology from the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo - IFSP, which they completed from 1998 to 2000. In addition to their educational background, Daniel Hamada has obtained the "2020 Digital Mindset" certification from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants in November 2020.
