Lidia Zalevskaya

Lidia Zalevskaya is a highly experienced QA Lead with a strong background in Agile development, quality assurance, and project management. Currently at Helvar, Lidia oversees QA strategies, enhances software readiness, and bridges customer feedback to development processes, successfully leading the delivery of a comprehensive 4-component system. Previously at QPR Software Plc, Lidia served as QA Lead and Scrum Master, coaching a new team and managing numerous software releases while ensuring high-quality standards. Experience at Jolla involved leading QA efforts for Sailfish OS and driving test automation. Lidia's educational background includes an MBA in Information Systems Management from Haaga-Helia University and an MSc in Neurophysiology from Saint Petersburg State University.
