Tenaye A.

Tenaye A. currently serves as a Senior Partnership and Capacity Development Officer at Helvetas since January 2023, following a significant tenure at Save the Children International as a Partnership Management Coordinator and Program Support Coordinator from December 2015 to January 2023. In these roles, Tenaye A. excelled in partnership database development, procurement coordination, project documentation, and training organization. Prior to this, Tenaye A. worked with World Vision Ethiopia as a Social Development Facilitator and Cross-Cutting Specialist from January 2007 to December 2015, focusing on project planning and implementation in education initiatives. Tenaye A. is pursuing a Master of Arts in Project Management from St. Mary's University and holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Adama Science and Technology University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Gondar.
