Raphael Graber-Kosir

Raphael Graber-Kosir has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Raphael began their career in 2007 as a Product Manager Photovoltaic at Multi Contact and later became a Photovoltaic Engineering Manager. In 2011, they transitioned to Accenture, where they worked as an SAP Consultant for two years. In 2013, they joined SBB CFF FFS as a Senior Business Analyst. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an Enterprise Architect at Helvetia Versicherungen Schweiz. Raphael then became the Head of Cloud Competence Center before assuming their current role as Lead Cloud Solutions at the same company in 2022.

Raphael Graber-Kosir holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Intercultural Leadership, which they obtained from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. Raphael pursued this degree from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Information and Communication Technologies at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW from 2002 to 2006. Apart from their formal education, Raphael Graber-Kosir also obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2023.
