Helena Bleiker

Helena Bleiker has a diverse work experience in various companies. Helena started their career in 2012 at Kuster Reisen AG, where they completed their commercial training in the travel industry with a focus on business travel. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Business Travel Consultant at the same company. In 2019, they joined Walter Zoo AG Gossau as a cashier and all-rounder, where they stayed until 2020. In May 2020, they worked as an intern in product and project management at Schweizer Gruppenreisen GmbH. Following that, they took on the role of an assistant in operations at Gasthaus Sternen from September to November 2020. Most recently, starting in December 2020, they have been working as the Head of Customer Relationship at Helvetic Airways.

Helena Bleiker began their education in the field of tourism at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons in 2017. Helena pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism and completed their studies in 2020. In 2018, Helena participated in an exchange program at Breda University of Applied Science in the Netherlands, where they focused on International Tourism Management for a year. Prior to this, in 2015 and 2016, they undertook a language program in French at France Langue in Paris. Initially, in 2012, Helena attended the Berufs- und Weiterbildungszentrum Rapperswil, where they completed a vocational training as a travel agency clerk with an emphasis in E-profile and completed their studies in 2016.
