Josie Wing has extensive experience in customer service and sales within the retail and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as an AGS Registered Jeweler and Store Manager at Helzberg Diamonds since August 2021, Josie previously held similar managerial roles at Kay Jewelers and River Valley Physical Therapy. Josie’s skill set includes sales, inventory management, and healthcare administration, complemented by an educational background in Health Services from Grand Valley State University and certifications from the Gemological Institute of America.
